When Ken Warren started work as a therapist, 23 years ago, he quickly learned some very hard lessons:

  1. Not everyone he saw wanted to see him - some were dragged in kicking and screaming
  2. People with obvious problem behaviour would often not see their behaviour as a problem at all
  3. Some people would be working very hard against their own best interests.

This was not how Ken thought helping people was supposed to be!
